CYBERCOREMISSION CONTROL / OBSERVATION PLANE
One view of system health · authority stays local

See every signal.
Keep authority local.

Mission Control is a self-hosted observation plane for projects, machines, agents, heartbeats, live events, and durable audit history. It helps operators see what is happening without turning the cloud into an execution layer.

Operational visibility

Signals in one durable view.

A compact dashboard and authenticated API show project health while preserving clear boundaries between observation and execution.

01 / INVENTORY

Projects and machines

Group agents by project and machine, inspect their current status, and see when each connector last checked in.

02 / HEARTBEATS

Freshness you can inspect

Record bounded heartbeat reports, browse recent history, and distinguish online, stale, degraded, and unknown states.

03 / AUDIT

Durable event trail

Keep registration and heartbeat events in project history, with live delivery as a convenient view over stored records.

Small, explicit data path

Built to observe, not operate.

The Worker serves a static dashboard and API. D1 stores project state and events; a Durable Object publishes live updates. The Rust connector sends outbound heartbeat reports.

Security boundaries

Access is deliberate.

Operator access

Admin routes require an operator token. The staging dashboard is intended to sit behind Cloudflare Access; no token is bundled in static assets.

Connector access

Agent credentials are scoped, shown once at registration, and stored as hashes. The experimental connector cannot receive commands or open a listener.

Deployment status

This is an alpha observation plane, not a production control plane. Production configuration remains intentionally gated and requires separate operator readiness checks.

Not a remote shell

Mission Control does not run commands on operator machines, edit local files, or replace local task authority.
